Chameleon是一款AI内容生成应用程序，允许用户通过上传照片创建图片和视频内容。使用本服务即表示您同意遵守这些条款。

2. 账号与注册

• 您可以使用游客模式或通过Apple登录、邮箱注册来创建账号
• 您有责任保护账号凭据的安全
• 每个用户只能拥有一个账号
• 我们保留暂停或终止违反条款的账号的权利

3. 积分与付费

3.1 积分系统

• 图片生成消耗1积分
• 视频生成消耗5积分
• 新用户可获得免费初始积分

3.2 订阅与购买

• 订阅通过App Store/Google Play处理
• 订阅自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前取消
• 已购买的积分和订阅时间不可退款

4. 用户内容

4.1 内容所有权

您保留对上传内容的所有权。但您授予我们处理和存储您内容的许可，以提供服务。

4.2 内容要求

您不得上传：

• 侵犯他人知识产权的内容
• 未经授权使用他人肖像的内容
• 色情、暴力或违法内容
• 可能对他人造成伤害的内容

4.3 生成内容的使用

• 个人非商业使用：允许
• 商业使用：请联系我们获取授权
• 您对使用生成内容的方式负全部责任

5. 禁止行为

使用本服务时，您不得：

• 尝试对软件进行逆向工程或破解
• 使用自动化工具或机器人
• 转售或重新分发服务
• 干扰服务的正常运行
• 冒充他人或虚假陈述您的身份
• 违反任何适用法律法规

6. 知识产权

Chameleon is an AI content generation application that allows users to create image and video content by uploading photos. By using this service, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Account and Registration

• You may use guest mode or create an account via Apple Sign-In or email registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Each user may only have one account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Credits and Payment

3.1 Credit System

• Image generation costs 1 credit
• Video generation costs 5 credits
• New users receive free starter credits

3.2 Subscriptions and Purchases

• Subscriptions are processed through App Store/Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period
• Purchased credits and subscription time are non-refundable

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the service.

4.2 Content Requirements

You may not upload:

• Content that infringes others' intellectual property rights
• Content using others' likeness without authorization
• Pornographic, violent, or illegal content
• Content that may cause harm to others

4.3 Use of Generated Content

• Personal non-commercial use: Allowed
• Commercial use: Please contact us for licensing
• You are solely responsible for how you use generated content

5. Prohibited Activities

When using this service, you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or crack the software

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

• Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
